| If you've had problems in the past with spills, burns and hot oil spatters when frying turkeys, we have the solution!! THE TURKEY CADDY. While its easy to store and set up, this economical stand will make your cooking job safer and more enjoyable. The Caddy was developed to reduce the hazards of turkey frying by providing a means whereby the the bird is raised and lowered into the hot oil by a hand crank operated rope and pulley system equipped with a simple brake. The raising and lowering of the bird is simple and easy and when it comes time to let the oil drain when the cooking is done, you simply raise the bird up until it clears the oil, set the brake and let the oil drain out. After the cooking is done the Caddy folds up and hung on the garage wall where it takes up no more space than a garden rake. The Caddy can also be used for boiling seafood on the outdoor burner.
